DR. KATIE FERRAZ-SOUZA D.D.S.
Katie Ferraz-Souza D.D. S. was born and raised in Saint Cloud, Minnesota. She attended the University of Saint Thomas in Saint Paul and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish in 1998. Dr. Katie completed her post graduate studies at the University of Minnesota where she earned her Doctorate of Dentistry Degree in 2009. She is a member of the Minnesota Dental Association, and the American Dental Association. She studied abroad in South and Central America, and was part of the dental support team for victims of Hurricane Mitch that devastated Honduras in 1998.
Dr. Katie is fluent in Portuguese and communicates well in Spanish. She shares her expertise with people of all ages in her practice to include cosmetic dentistry, dental implant restorations, and Invisalign braces. She is always challenging herself to be up to date with the most modern dental technology, and studying better, safer and less painful forms of treatment for her patients.
Outside of dentistry, Dr. Katie is the mother of five children and is very involved both socially and professionally in her local community. Dr. Katie has a passion for helping people, a special interest in working with children and has a focus in providing a more natural and holistic approach to dentistry.
